William has lived in Boulder County since 1987 and has over 30 years of experience working with Colorado soils and septic engineering.
William holds current Onsite Water Treatment Systems (OWTS) certifications in Soils
Evaluation and Design through Colorado Professionals in Onsite Water (CPOW) and
the National Association of Wastewater Technicians (NAWT).

Sunshine is a family business, backing up William with over 30 years of additional experience in the management of water resources. Kelly is a Civil Engineer licensed in Colorado and has been working professionally in the water resources industry in Boulder County since 1992. She is also NAWT certified for OWTS Design. Chaz is a water system operator and supports Sunshine in the field and the office. Chaz is CPOW certified for Soils Evaluation.
